1. Requirements for unboxing video recording
Please start taking photos from the complete condition of the outer packaging of the express delivery, without interruption throughout the entire process; Clearly display the tracking number, shipping information, and the six sided appearance of the outer box; Take photos of the product details and problem areas (if any) as soon as possible after unpacking.
2. After sales handling instructions
If any damage/missing goods are found, please contact customer service with a complete unboxing video for handling; If there is no valid video or the video information is incomplete, we cannot accept after-sales applications.
Official defects are not within the scope of after-sales service, such as odor, scratches, staining, paint peeling, delamination, uneven surface, unstable standing of high and low feet, gaps at joints, small black spots, rough workmanship, etc., all of which are uncontrollable original factory defects. Due to different production batches, there may be differences in doll coloring and printing
After disassembling blind box products, returns and exchanges are not supported unless due to serious defects/damages/missing parts or other quality issues; Large scale orders and customized orders are not quality issues and do not support returns or exchanges.
The outer packaging of blind boxes cannot be 100% perfect. Due to logistics fluctuations, the boxes may have different appearances. Be cautious when controlling boxes with perfectionism! Please understand, children! Thank you~~
