Thank you for shopping with GameloopX. Due to the nature of our products—including high-value gaming devices, mini computers, and collectible items—all sales are subject to the policy below.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


🔐 Customer Responsibility & Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that:

  • The product listing, specifications, and details have been reviewed prior to purchase

  • The order information provided is accurate and complete

  • The customer agrees to inspect the product within a reasonable time after delivery

Failure to report any issue within the allowed timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the product.


📦 Shipping & Packaging Disclaimer

All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

Due to international logistics, outer packaging may experience minor damage (such as dents, creases, or compression). This is considered normal shipping wear and does not qualify as a defect or valid reason for return or refund.

Order Modification & Shipment Interception

Due to the nature of international shipping, once an order has been shipped, package interception or rerouting is extremely difficult and may not always be possible.

Customers may request order changes or item replacements before the order is shipped. However, once the package has been dispatched, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-quality-related reasons.

Please make sure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.


🚫 No “Change-of-Mind” Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • “Not as expected”

  • Minor cosmetic differences

  • Outer packaging damage caused during shipping

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


❌ All Sales Are Final (Except Seller Error)

Due to the high value and sensitive nature of our products:

  • All products are considered final sale once shipped

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not supported unless due to verified seller error

However, we remain committed to assisting customers through our support channels when legitimate issues arise.


📩 Mandatory Contact Before Dispute

Customers must contact us and allow us the opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment claim.

Failure to contact us prior to filing a dispute may be considered a violation of our resolution process and will be supported with order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history.


🔁 Eligible Cases (Seller Responsibility Only)

We only accept return, replacement, or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product is materially different from the order (wrong model, version, or specification)

To request support, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or unboxing video showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

GameloopX will cover all related shipping costs in verified cases of seller error.


⏱ Time-Limited Support Window

All support requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted, as the product is considered received and accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after the allowed timeframe

  • Product has been opened, used, activated, or modified

  • Items not in original, resellable condition

  • Missing packaging, accessories, manuals, or inserts

  • Collectibles that have been unsealed or displayed

  • Minor manufacturing variations (e.g., paint details, finish differences)

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repair


🎮 Figures & Collectibles Policy

All figures, statues, and collectible items are sold as final sale items.

We only accept returns if:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or

  • The item is clearly different from the order

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Box damage caused by shipping

  • Minor paint imperfections or factory variations

  • Subjective dissatisfaction

Once opened, collectibles are not eligible for return or refund.


🚚 Shipping Damage Responsibility

Damage caused by shipping carriers—especially limited to outer packaging—is not covered under free returns or refunds.

If significant damage occurs, please contact us and we will review the case individually.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except seller error cases)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after verification

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

Up to 40% restocking fee may apply in approved return cases (if applicable).


📦 Proof of Fulfillment

Delivery confirmation, tracking records, and carrier status will be considered valid proof that the order has been successfully fulfilled.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issue.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All issues should first be handled through our support system

  • Delivery confirmation and tracking records serve as proof of fulfillment

  • Lack of prior communication may be considered during dispute review

We reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Delivery tracking

  • Communication records

  • Policy agreement

to the payment provider in the event of a dispute.
