Please note that our goods are delivered through official logistics. Despite our best efforts in packaging, unforeseen circumstances during long-distance transportation (such as rough handling by logistics personnel, stacking pressure or other force majeure factors) may occasionally cause packaging damage.

Therefore, we hereby declare that if the packaging of the blind box product is damaged during transportation (excluding the quality problems of the product itself, the packaging damage will not affect the normal use of the product), we will not bear the corresponding disputes and fines.
