Due to the long production time of these figures, they need to be shipped from our Japanese warehouse. It takes approximately one month for the shipped product to reach our Chinese warehouse for quality inspection. If there are no issues, they will be repackaged and shipped again to avoid damage during international shipping.

Minor factory imperfections, such as small paint flaws, slight color differences, or minor scratches, may occur due to the manufacturing process. These are normal variations and are not considered valid reasons for return or full refund.

For international shipping, every figure is carefully packed with bubble wrap and a sturdy carton before shipment. However, 100% damage-free delivery cannot be guaranteed. If damage occurs during transit, please contact us with photos/videos, and we will assist with the carrier's claim.
