Due to the nature of the model figure industry, once the product is opened, it affects resale, therefore returns and exchanges are not possible.

Model figures are handmade products, assembled and painted manually. It's inevitable that there will be some imperfections such as paint chips, scratches, marks, color differences, uneven painting, and loose joints.
