3. Due to the special nature of action figures, brand new, unopened items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after purchase. Please contact the courier company for any delivery issues; we will cooperate as much as possible to resolve them.
4. All products from our store are shipped in custom-made five-layer extra-hard cardboard boxes, filled with bubble wrap, and the shipping box is covered with a waterproof film. Please rest assured about the packaging.
