When you receive the product, please be sure to record an unboxing video and sign for it in person. If the outer packaging is severely damaged during transportation, please report it to customer service immediately. We use bubble wrap and five layers of cardboard boxes for protection as much as possible during shipping; please understand the rough handling that can occur during international shipping. Due to the special nature of the model figure industry, once the product is opened, it affects resale, therefore returns and exchanges are not possible.
