D. Installation Instructions
Common Installation Problems: The figure cannot be installed on the base, or the stand cannot be inserted into the slots. Solutions: This product is made of PVC material, characterized by high-temperature softening and low-temperature hardening.

1. Soak the figure in hot water for 2 minutes, paying particular attention to the legs, feet, and slots.
2. After thoroughly softening the figure, you can easily insert the stand into the figure's slots, or gently pry open the legs and insert them into the base according to the corresponding holes.

3. The figure will regain its hardness and stable support after cooling. If you still cannot resolve the issue, please contact customer service.

We use bubble wrap and a five-layer cardboard box for protection during shipping. Please understand the rough handling that international shipping can cause. Due to the nature of the model figure industry, once the product is opened, it affects resale, therefore returns and exchanges are not possible.

Model figures are handmade products, assembled and painted manually. It's inevitable that there will be some imperfections such as paint chips, scratches, marks, color differences, uneven painting, and loose joints.
