If the outer packaging sustains severe damage during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We take every precaution during shipping—including the use of bubble wrap and sturdy five-layer cardboard boxes—to protect your items; however, we ask for your understanding regarding the potential for rough handling during international shipping. Due to the unique nature of the model and collectible industry, products cannot be resold once opened; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the packaging seal has been broken.

Model kits and collectibles are handcrafted items involving manual assembly and painting. Consequently, they may occasionally exhibit minor imperfections—such as paint chips, scratches, scuffs, color discrepancies, uneven paint application, or loose joints—which are commonly referred to as "manufacturing lottery" issues.
