Upon receiving your shipment, please ensure that you record an unboxing video and sign for the package in person. If the outer packaging sustains severe damage during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We take every precaution during shipping—including the extensive use of bubble wrap and sturdy five-layer cardboard boxes—to protect your item; however, we ask for your understanding regarding the rough handling that packages may occasionally encounter during international shipping. Due to the unique nature of the figure and model industry, once a product has been unsealed, its resale value is compromised; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Figures and models are handcrafted items involving manual assembly and painting. Consequently, they may occasionally exhibit minor imperfections—such as paint chips, scuffs, scratches, color discrepancies, uneven paint application, or loose joints—which are sometimes referred to as "manufacturing lottery" issues. While we are happy to forward your feedback to the manufacturer on your behalf, please understand that requests for after-sales support regarding such minor flaws are highly likely to be rejected by the manufacturer.
