4. When the battery assembled pls carefully check battery switch set in on or not;
5. This keyboard compatible with Kaih switch or switch pin all same with Kaih only;
6. Any questions pls ask customer servicer for help firstly.
7. VIAL key mapping work in 2.4G wireless, when you receive the keys usually chaotic should re-map by VIAL sofeware to your personal favorite

About 2.4G wireless receiver pls try to avoid connect it by HUB, confirm that HUB AFFECT WIRELESS RECEPTION


Please follow the steps below after receive the package：
A-Install the 2.4G USB receiver to the device,pls don't set the keyboard so far with the receiver.(suggest avoide work with other receivers together by HUB)

B-Install the button battery to keyboard,and confirm the battery switch set in ON state.

C-If happen to the keyboard don't be found, pls try to turn off and on the battary switch for testing.
