Purchase Notice

1. Dear customer, hello! All in-stock items are brand new and in good condition prior to shipment. Product images in the listing are official reference photos only and may differ from the actual product. Colors, styles, accessories, etc. are subject to the actual item received.
2. For issues such as surface defects, paint peeling, coating problems, loose joints, visible parting lines, plastic burrs, or uneven gaps, we regret that we cannot guarantee these meet every buyer's expectations. Per the after-sales policy provided by the toy manufacturer, such issues are not considered quality defects, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Please inspect the assembled model carefully before removing the plastic packaging bag. Since responsibility cannot be determined after unpacking, no after-sales service will be provided for issues discovered once the item has been opened.
4. If the product arrives damaged or with missing parts and requires after-sales handling, the buyer must provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video (filmed in one continuous take from the start of opening the package to the end, with no editing) that clearly shows the problematic areas. Please contact customer service to submit the video.
Videos that do not comply with the above requirements will not be eligible for after-sales service.
