Formatting is only supported on Windows operating systems. For the initial formatting process, selecting the exFAT format is strictly mandatory (please pay extra attention to this step). Failure to follow this requirement may result in issues during subsequent usage.
2. Mac Usage Tips
Mac devices are exclusively for file and data storage—formatting them is strictly forbidden under all circumstances. Mac users can download the Mounty tool and use it directly without needing to format the device, which helps streamline the operation process. Thank you for your understanding.
Reminder for Mac Users: Do not use SSDs with a capacity over 2TB on Mac systems, as these products are incompatible with the Mac operating environment.
3. Key Reminder
OTG adapters are not included in each order by default. If you require an OTG adapter, please indicate this in the order details. Do not purchase OTG adapters as standalone items.
