If the outer packaging sustains severe damage during transit, please contact customer service immediately. We take every precaution during shipping—including the use of bubble wrap and sturdy five-layer cardboard boxes—to protect your item; however, we ask for your understanding regarding the potential for rough handling during international shipping. Due to the unique nature of the model and figure industry, products cannot be resold once unsealed; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened.

Model kits and figures are handcrafted items involving manual assembly and painting. Consequently, minor imperfections—such as paint chipping, scuffs, scratches, color discrepancies, uneven paint application, or loose/tight joints—may occasionally occur.
