After receiving the product, [please do not immediately open the packaging].  Please inspect the product through the transparent inner packaging to ensure it is complete and undamaged. If you find any broken or missing parts, please do not open the packaging further. If the packaging has already been opened, please contact customer service with a video and contact our store immediately to resolve any after-sales issues.

Due to the special nature of action figures, opening the packaging affects resale value. Once the unique packaging is opened, returns or exchanges are not permitted except in cases of serious quality defects or missing parts.
