Handling and Shipping
1.       These items will be wrapped in bubble wrap.    If you have any special packaging requirements, please contact the customer service staff.    Note: After international transportation, it cannot be guaranteed that the outer box remains intact.       Attention : Cannot guarantee the outside box in perfect condition after a international transportation.

2.       Items will be shipped within 1-5 business days (according to your quantity) after payment verification.

3.       We only ship to confirmed order address, Pls check that your address must match your recipient address.

3.       Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.       Transit times may vary.       Particularly during the holiday season.

4.       If you have not received your order within 60 days from payment, please contact us.       We will track the shipping information and reply you as soon as possible.

Return and refund
1.       If you are not satisfied with our item, return is accepted within 7 days after receiving it.       The items must be returned with Original & Brand-new, unopened condition,The shipping fee of return is to be paid by buyer.

2.      If any product is defective and requires replacement of parts, please contact customer service.  We will get in touch with the factory to replace and supplement the faulty or genuine parts.  If the factory has no replaceable parts, we will offer you a partial refund.
Note: You will need to bear the shipping cost for replacing or supplementing parts

3.       If any refused or returned packages, you're responsible for returning and re-delivery costs incurred.

4.       After getting the returned item, we will refund you at the item's price.

5.       If you did not receive the goods during our promise time, please don't open dispute and contact with us timely.
