1. Spain usually delivers in 1-3 days, other countries usually delivers in 3-10 days. If the time limit is exceeded, please contact customer service to verify the location of the package. Please note that logistics methods include door-to-door delivery or delivery to a courier point, where the buyer then picks up the package. The time limit for automatic pickup is generally 10 days. 2. According to the requirements of the official warehouse, we need to inform you that the order can be canceled within five minutes after the order is placed, but the order cannot be canceled after more than five minutes. You must contact the logistics company after shipment and request a rejection of the order to cancel the order. We will try our best to contact the warehouse for you to modify it, but this method may not be successful.

4. In order to protect your interests, please be sure to record an unboxing video when opening the package to avoid situations where the responsibility cannot be determined, such as lost items or damage to the appearance of the package. If you find that the product is seriously damaged after receiving the package, please provide the following proof and contact customer service:

(2) Sign clear photos of the damage to the goods or a damage report issued by the logistics provider

5. Long-distance transportation will damage and crush the packaging. If you find signs of unpacking, please do not sign for it. The outer packaging is intact, but the product in the packaging is slightly deformed. This will not affect the use of the product and is a normal phenomenon.
6. Warranty Policy
(1) This product can enjoy return service within 15 days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the product has not been used and is in good packaging, and contact our customer service staff within 15 days from the date of receipt to arrange the return procedure. When returning a product, you must keep the complete packaging, accessories, certificate of conformity, and various supporting documents. If the product is incomplete or damaged, the return will not be processed.
(2) Our warranty policy is divided into repair services and refund services, that is, within 3 years from the date of your purchase, if there is a quality problem with the product, you can contact us to determine the service you need.
About repair service: If the product can be repaired, we will bear the repair cost, but the buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee. We will arrange repair for you as soon as possible.
About refund service:
① Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if the product is found to have quality problems, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer, and we can resend or refund in full.
② Within 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase, if the product is verified to have quality problems, we will refund 50% of the buyer's purchase price (excluding shipping costs);
③If there is any quality problem with the product within 90 days to 360 days from the date of purchase, we will refund 30% of the buyer's purchase price (excluding shipping costs);

Warm reminder: If the fault is indeed caused by product quality, we will repair or replace it with a new one free of charge (excluding shipping costs).
