We use bubble wrap and five-layer cardboard boxes for protection as much as possible during shipping; please understand the rough handling that can occur during international shipping. Due to the special nature of the model figure industry, once the product is opened, it affects resale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Model figures are handmade products, assembled and painted manually. It's inevitable that there will be some imperfections such as paint chips, scratches, marks, color differences, uneven painting, and loose joints. We will provide feedback to the manufacturer on your behalf, but it is highly likely that the manufacturer will reject the after-sales service request. We appreciate your understanding.
