Upon receiving your item, please ensure you record an unboxing video and sign for it in person. If the outer packaging is severely damaged during shipping, please immediately contact customer service. We use bubble wrap and a five-layer cardboard box for protection whenever possible during shipping; please understand the rough handling that can occur during international shipping. Due to the nature of the model figure industry, once the product is opened, it affects resale and therefore returns and exchanges are not possible.

Model figures are handmade products, assembled and painted manually. It's inevitable that there will be some imperfections such as paint chipping, scratches, marks, color differences, uneven painting, and loose joints.
