If you find any broken or missing parts, please do not open the inner packaging. If you have already opened the packaging, please contact customer service with a video and contact our store immediately to resolve any after-sales issues.

Because action figures are a special category of product, opening the packaging affects resale value. Once the unique packaging is opened, returns or exchanges are not permitted except in cases of serious quality defects or missing parts.
