Handling and Shipping

1. The items will be packed with bubbles and put in a solid package. Attention : Cannot guarantee the outside box in perfect condition after a international transportation.
2. Items will be shipped within 1-5 business days (according to your quantity) after payment verification.
3. We only ship to confirmed order address, Pls check that your address must match your recipient address.
3. Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary. Particularly during the holiday season.
4. If you have not received your order within 60 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipping information and reply you as soon as possible.

Return and refund

1. If you are not satisfied with our item, return is accepted within 7 days after receiving it. The items must be returned with Original & Brand-new, unopened condition,The shipping fee of return is to be paid by buyer.
2. If defective, incorrect or missing, returning and re-delivery costs included.
3. If any refused or returned packages, you're responsible for returning and re-delivery costs incurred.
4. After getting the returned item, we will refund you at the item's price.
5. If you did not receive the goods during our promise time, please don't open dispute and contact with us timely.
As it may meet the exceptional circumstances such as holiday, bad weather, policy change, remote place, etc.
6. We will help to check and would give full refund if you did not get the parcel finally.
